Enterprise Forum Programs
The Enterprise Forum Programs typically follow one of two formats: (1) company presentation of key issues the company is experiencing or has experienced (2) expert panel with a featured topic of interest.
The company presentation format opens with a CEO or senior executive presenting their company’s knowledge of a key business issue. Expert panelists delve deep into the business's approach - identifying its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges. The panelists pull from their broad experience to comment and ask questions on key issues pertaining to the specific issue being discussed.
The second format, which features a panel of experts from business and technology, offers an in-depth exploration of a current topic. Successful entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, specialized consultants and industry analysts are invited to share their meaningful insights on the topic. Feedback from our diverse audience adds to the lively dialog.
The audience at all MIT Enterprise Forum Programs includes representatives from a wide range of industries and viewpoints contributing to a rich discussion of all topics of interest. Enterprise Forum Programs also provide valuable opportunities for attendees to share advice and network with a group of their peers.
MIT Venture Lab
The MIT Venture Lab is designed to optimize the entrepreneur’s path to success by providing the information they need to plan, finance and operate a profitable company in today’s environment. The lab is offered in two series, each consisting of four to five workshops. The goal of each workshop is to drill down into the details of its topic and provide the relevant information necessary to help the entrepreneur effectively get the job done.
Global Broadcasts
The broadcasts are designed for entrepreneurs and investors involved in new business ventures. Our Cambridge headquarters organizes the content and speakers. Panels are made up of industry experts in the fields of law, venture capital, investment banking and entrepreneurship. The broadcasts include an overview of the topic by the moderator, further exploration of the subject by each panelist, and an interactive discussion fielding questions from attendees and satellite-down linked participants from around the world.
