Kevin C. Gabelein
Managing Director
Kevin joined Fluke Venture Partners (FVP) in 1997 and is responsible for due diligence, deal structuring and deal-flow generation. He currently serves on the board of Fios, Inc.
Prior to joining FVP, Kevin practiced corporate and securities law in the Corporate Finance Group of Riddell Williams P.S. in Seattle (this group has since moved to the Seattle office of Gray Cary). At Riddell Williams, Kevin represented numerous companies ranging from start-ups to publicly traded companies, primarily in Internet, software and communications markets. Kevin has experience in general corporate representation and a variety of transactions, including seed financings, sophisticated venture capital transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Kevin was also a Certified Public Accountant and practiced with the Seattle office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Kevin received his B.A. in business administration from the University of Washington and his J.D. from Southern Methodist University School of Law. Kevin is married with two children and enjoys outdoor recreation including golf and skiing.
Dana Green<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /?>
Founder and Managing Partner
Dana Green is the founder and managing partner of The SAGE Group, LLC and has over twenty years of broad-based experience in business management; mergers, acquisitions and integration, and strategic development. He has conducted business in over 30 countries in Asia, Asia Pacific, Europe, North America and the Middle East in both governmental and commercial business sectors.
As Director of Microsoft Corporate Development/Integration, Dana designed and implemented a corporate-wide business analysis and integration planning and execution methodology and he conducted due diligence, analysis, negotiations, and opportunity evaluation involving 44 acquisitions, 5 joint venture formations and 3 divestitures. He designed "to be" business models that met market and customer requirements. Dana's management and team building expertise was developed at Microsoft as the Senior Manager of Microsoft Administration where he led 13 departments and at Boeing as Senior Business Operations Manager for Boeing Computer Services' Constant Watch Program, a software development program for the U.S. Air Force.
Dana graduated from Seattle Pacific University with degrees in Management and Economics. He is married with two children and enjoys skiing, fly fishing and hiking.
