Phil Herres, Chief Executive Officer, WebPE
Consistent growth based on new products and services responsive to client needs has been a hallmark of Phil's career. A chief executive with over 25 years of experience, he has led industry-leading companies or divisions in new and growing businesses. His career has included multinational telecommunications companies like Nortel, where he held a variety of VP positions and, for a number of years, in the Bell Northern Research laboratories where he worked on software development methodologies. He was also Chief Operating Officer at Aldus Corporation, where he led the company to deliver a series of new products to satisfy the markets served. Phil holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Gonzaga University and a MBA from the University of Oregon. He also has a professional engineering license in manufacturing engineering.

Andy Dale, Managing Director, Buerk Craig Victor
Andrew Dale serves as Managing Partner/Managing Director at Buerk Craig Victor, LLC, a Pacific Northwest based private equity firm where he oversees all operational functions of the firm. For more than 15 years, Andy has been involved with building and growing companies as an investment banker, venture capitalist, and entrepreneur.
Prior to joining BCV, Andy served as Vice President of Corporate Development at LHS Group, the world's leading wireless customer care and billing company. He assisted with the completion of LHS Group's $4.7 billion merger with Sema Group. Andy was also the co-founder and an executive management team member for Priority Call Management in Boston prior to its acquisition by LHS Group. At Priority Call, Andy assisted in raising $15 million from angel and venture capital investors and grew the company from $0 to $60 million in revenues within six years. His primary responsibilities included building global sales, marketing, and service operations. Goldman Sachs assisted with the 1999 sale of Priority Call Management to LHS Group for approximately $200 million.
Early in his career, Andy was employed as an investment banker and venture capitalist with Smith Barney in New York where he worked on reorganizations for Revco Drugstores, Sunbeam, and Eastern Airlines. He was also an early employee at hDC Computer, a software company in Redmond, WA.
Andy is a member of the board of directors of WebPE, Inc. and the board of trustees for Seattle Biomedical Research Institute, and a board observer for Performant, Inc. He holds an AB from Harvard College and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
