John Washam, founder and CEO of TalkToTheManager and Jeremy Luby, Co-Founder & VP of Business Development, started the company to give businesses a way to prevent negative online reviews by giving them direct anonymous access to the management staff of a business via text.
Customers are becoming more and more demanding and businesses need the tools to step their customer service up to the next level. The process, they say, is simple. A customer would obtain the number to text from a table tent or card found at their table.
They would then send a text message and that message would be reach the entire management staff. Business owners and management staff can quickly respond to customer issues or concerns preventing that customer from becoming frustrated and taking to public review sites to angrily air their complaints.
Luby is excited about the benefit their service can have on a customer’s loyalty to a business and they are looking forward to participating in the upcoming NW Startup Demo event to share more information about what their service promises to business owners interested in taking control of their reputation.
